Bladez Fitness Aero PRO review

The Aero pro is an upright exercise bike which is fantastic for home training. We think the spec and feature list speaks for itself for the amount of quality included. It offers a some really cool technology such as self generating power technology, in other words you generate the power for the bike to function. A great way to keep the electricity bills down and stay fit at the same time!

Most users who have gone out and bought this exercise bike seem to be happy with the gains made on this bike. User feedback around the web seems to be of a positive nature. Some of their comments can be seen on the link below.

With the amount of variety on the market today, it can be quite difficult and daunting to find a suitable match to meet your home exercise needs. We feel that for a model in the medium price tier range, there is certainly quite a lot on offer that a wide majority of users will benefit from. I have put together a short list of it’s specifications below, so you can get an insight into what is included and weigh up your options more effectively.

  • Runs on a somewhat unique self powered technology where the power required to make the bike fully functional, is produced by you. This offers a great incentive to keep pushing hard as you train or the electronic sections of the bike will not function as you need. I think this is a terrific addition to the design and a needed one as it brings a whole new level of motivation to any users training regime.
  • Upright style design for a more natural, realistic and comfortable ride.
  • Fifteen different workout applications. Several of these are suitable for different purposes. First of all you get the twelve preset options, then you get customized, options and heart rate based apps. All of these go a long way in keeping you busy and focused in dropping the weight and improving your health.
  • A massive thirty two differing levels of resistance. Quite unusual to see bikes in this range offer that amount of variety in the tensions offered. The flywheel is 31 pounds and offers a smooth ride as you work your way through these obstacles.
  • Track everything about your ride through the computer display. The computer takes into account RPM’s, distance travelled, speed, time and much more to give users a clear indication on if they are hitting their fitness targets or not.

Other options include the PTS68 indoor cycle and the Horizon Fitness M4, which offers a tremendous amount of features and great for comparison purposes. However, it comes down to two things user preferences and budget. So choosing the right bike is not going to be the same decision for any two people. The final decision lies in your overall requirements such as: how much space you have, how quiet you need it to operate, the amount of variety in resistance, do you need a beginners or more advanced bike and the list goes on.

That being said, the Bladez Fitness Aero PRO bike certainly offers good value for money with a terrific selection of workout specs that will have you dropping clothes sizes in no times. If you stick with it, and get a good diet in place, the resistances and training programs included on this spin bike will carry you the rest of the way.
